To my amazing readers:
To everyone that has been following me on here let me just say that I'm sure you've noticed that I haven't etched my thoughts on to a serviette lately. The truth is I have been terribly distracted by recent attempts at perfecting a David Chang style ramen. Soft boiling eggs is nowhere near as easy they seem it turns out.
Needless to say, I will be posting something for you New Orlean-philes very, very soon.
